CANCELLATION POLICY
MPORTANT: This is what you are agreeing to when you register for any of our packages.
Bronze – There are no refunds for the Bronze package as the material is digital and delivered instantly.
Silver – A refund of the difference in price between your package and the bronze package will be reimbursed provided the textbook has not yet shipped. Your package will be downgraded to the bronze package. If the textbook has shipped, there are no refunds.
Gold – A full refund minus the $100 processing fee if a student wants to completely cancel their gold package registration as long as its 30 or more days prior to the seminar date. There are no full or partial refunds if within 30 days of the seminar date which includes downgrading package types.
Stream – No refunds if within 30 days of the seminar start date. If more than 30 days prior then full refund minus a $100 processing fee will be given.
Video Packages– No refunds if your book has already shipped.
Premium Packages– A refund of the difference in price between your package and the bronze package will be reimbursed provided the textbook has not yet shipped. Your package will be downgraded to the bronze package. There are no full or partial refunds if within 30 days of the seminar or streaming date which includes downgrading package types. If the textbook has shipped, there are no refunds.
